My Story

I am a physician, mental health leader, and consultant with a career focused on building accessible, compassionate, and effective systems of care for individuals and communities. My work spans clinical practice, program development, organizational leadership, and consulting with healthcare organizations and community-based programs to strengthen mental health services and improve care delivery.

In addition to clinical and leadership roles, I am actively involved in developing innovative, healing-centered environments that integrate traditional mental health care with nature-based and experiential approaches, including equine-assisted therapy. This work reflects a broader commitment to meeting people where they are and creating care settings that feel safe, dignified, and supportive— particularly for children, families, and individuals impacted by trauma.

Today, my professional focus is on advancing high-quality mental health services, advising organizations on program development and care models, and supporting mission-driven initiatives that expand access to care. I bring a systems-level perspective grounded in real-world clinical experience, operational leadership, and a deep belief in the importance of ethical, compassionate, and community-centered care.

I provide consulting services to healthcare organizations, digital health companies, nonprofits, and mission-driven teams seeking to strengthen clinical programs, improve care delivery, and build sustainable, patient-centered models of service. My work draws on experience in clinical care, mental health leadership, program development, and organizational strategy. I partner with organizations at all stages—from early concepts to established programs—to help design, refine, and scale initiatives that are clinically sound, operationally effective, and aligned with real-world patient needs. My consulting approach is collaborative and grounded in real-world healthcare delivery. I work closely with leadership teams and frontline stakeholders to develop solutions that are practical, ethical, and sustainable—always focused on improving care for the people being served.

Mental Healthcare Systems Building

I have worked extensively in the development, growth, and scaling of mental healthcare delivery systems across clinical, digital health, and large institutional settings. My experience includes helping build programs that expand access to care, strengthen clinical operations, and support sustainable, high-quality mental health services. I was an integral member of the teams involved in launching and growing ForHims Healthcare and PursueCare, contributing to the development of care models, clinical workflows, and provider systems designed to support accessible, technology-enabled mental health services. I also played a meaningful role in the growth and evolution of the Dartmouth Healthcare System, supporting the expansion of clinical services and care delivery infrastructure within a complex academic health system. Across these efforts, my work has focused on building patient-centered systems that balance clinical quality, operational effectiveness, and scalability. This includes advising on care model design, provider workflows, quality and safety frameworks, and the integration of mental health services into broader healthcare ecosystems.

Patient Care Services

My approach to patient care is grounded in compassionate, evidence-informed practice and a deep respect for the dignity, safety, and individuality of each person served. I focus on providing thoughtful, patient-centered care that recognizes the complex medical, psychological, and social factors that shape health and healing. I have worked across outpatient, community-based, and integrated care settings, supporting individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and behavioral health needs. My clinical perspective emphasizes careful assessment, collaborative treatment planning, and continuity of care, with attention to both short-term stabilization and long-term well-being. I am particularly committed to trauma-informed care and to creating clinical environments that feel safe, respectful, and accessible.
